- Student files, documents and application statuses sit in one place, so the owner sees the whole pipeline without asking anyone for a status update.
- Commission from the university is the only payout to reconcile, so the finance view stays short.
Multi-branch group
Head office plus branch offices, with the group's rules applied everywhere.
- Each branch runs its own leads and students; the head office sees the consolidated numbers by branch, counselor and intake.
- Document checks, service-fee rules and application templates are defined once at the top and applied in every branch.
- Branch performance and internal settlement are reported from the same records the branches already entered.
Agent and sub-agent network
Agents send files in; the consultancy owns the application and the university relationship.
- Every referred student carries its agent on the record from day one, so attribution never depends on who remembers the deal.
- Agents get a statement of their files and their commission, with nothing else from other agents or the fee structure visible.
- Settlements are issued against those statements, and the audit trail survives the agent leaving the network.
